1、 Overview
The DT-R108 thermal gas mass flowmeter comes in two types: plug-in and tube type. The plug-in sensor has a probe with a diameter of 1/2 "and a maximum length of 36" (914mm) (longer sensors can also be manufactured); There are measuring tubes with measuring tube sensors ranging from 1/4 to 6 "(6.25mm to 152mm), equipped with built-in flow regulators to eliminate the need for long straight pipe sections upstream and downstream. The pipeline connection can be flange, NPT thread, or welded. The material is 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C alloy or other materials.

1. Measurement of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, chlorine, and multi-component gases. (excluding acetylene gas).
2. Measurement of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas.

5、 Product composition
The thermal gas mass flowmeter consists of an integrated flow converter and a flow sensor. According to the type of flow sensor, it can be divided into plug-in and pipe section thermal gas mass flow meters.
Pipe section thermal gas mass flowmeter: It is equipped with a process pipeline with the same inner diameter as the on-site pipeline at the factory. The connection method with the on-site pipeline is flange connection or threaded connection, and the flange standard complies with the national standard GB/T9119-2000.
Pipe segment sensor is suitable for pipeline diameter: DN15~2000mm, The sensor material is stainless steel, and the pipeline material is carbon steel or stainless steel. Please specify when ordering special materials. (as shown in the table below)
